"Horse Meat Tartare" is a picturesque, heart-shaped dish that promises to light up your special occasions. Containing seasonal winter vegetables such as beets, yams, shallots, hiroshimana pickled with red shiso leaves, and shallots, the textures and flavors of every ingredient have been expertly blended, and finished with a raspberry vinegar for an added fruity sour-sweetness.
