A 6 item course that shows our chef at his absolute best. We have innovative and highly creative cuisine that combines seasonal ingredients and local flavors from all over Japan with unconventional ideas. This cuisine is created with traditions and local food from specific regions of Italy as the theme every month – from the gently-sloping hills of Tuscany to the shores of Amalfi with the sun shining down.
Alongside signature favorites from La Veduta, including Fruit Tomato Caprese and Bianco Bolognese, guests are invited to savor seasonal creations highlighting the freshest ingredients of the season.
