Originally from Hokkaido. After gaining experience in a local resort hotel's restaurant, he moved to Tokyo to study under a chef who trained in France. After learning authentic French cuisine, he worked for about five years at a French and Italian restaurant in Osaka, progressing from sous chef to chef.
While in France, he worked in local restaurants, where he was exposed to ingredients and dishes from various places, including France and Italy, broadening his knowledge and gaining extensive and deep insights.
In 2017, he joined the French restaurant “Le D'or” at The St. Regis Hotel Osaka. He was transferred to the Italian restaurant “La Veduta” in 2020 and became the chef in 2022, contributing to the standards expected of leading an Italian restaurants in Osaka.
With a passion for travel and culinary exploration, the chef has savored dishes from various countries and regions, respecting the unique ingredients and traditions of each place.
By actively incorporating high-quality and unique seasonal ingredients unique to Japan, Chef Yoshida skillfully combines a variety of materials, creating a complex harmony that results in refined flavors.
