    A once-a-month Chef's Table experience offering a deeper exploration of Stagione, a menu by Chef Michiaki Yoshida, inspired each month by a distinct region of Italy.

    Limited to just 12 seats, the evening begins in elegant fashion with a Champagne Sabrage. Throughout the experience, the chef personally shares the inspiration behind each dish, the stories of the ingredients, and the techniques that bring them to life. Guests are invited on a refined gastronomic journey, traveling through Italy, one plate at a time.
